the easiest way to win here is probably just playing a meta hero like dougal archers (etc). keep it simple. make crossbowmen and train up peasants into archers and you will have a nice stack of shooters to creep with. early creeping wins games. academy is a very advanced city to play with correctly. not really good for your circumstance.
